Hume council Rate rise, and the component of rates which are a charge by the State Government authorities.
Aitken Boulevard, Opening of this road is being held up by developers not constructing their section at the Craigieburn end.
Greenvale reservoir being changed from separate entrance & exit to one combined entrance/exit
Section Rd Reserve, cricket facilities are being built to cater for joint local and North Melbourne cricketers.
Greenvale Rec Centre: - A pavilion is being built at the back of the center to cater for the soccer club and ground at the back. Works are also to be carried out to Greenvale Rec center to facilitate extra basketball courts etc.
Flight Path Land. Latest Airport report calls for this land to retain its current zoning status, and stay as it is.
New concrete speed humps in Greenvale drive to be softened once road is re asphalted.
Secondary college, No rumblings on the sale of the land, Hume council policy still is to have a secondary college on the Barrymore Rd. site.
