From Victoria Police to say they do not think
Mickleham Rd intersections at Greenvale Drive and Barrymore Rd warrant the installation
of safety cameras., Bank Statement.

Treasurers Report. The treasurer reported ton the groups finances
Moved M. Jack seconded B. Jack that Minutes,
Correspondence, and treasurers report be accepted. Carried.
Secretarial Position. Rebecca Wright has agreed to
act as secretary for the GRA.
Moved John Haddad, seconded Mavis Jack, Carried
Councillors report. No councillors present.
Greenvale Shopping Center extensions. This item
was discussed, and it was decided to support the shopping
centre extensions, provided all resident concerns, and Traffic issues are resolved.
Additional footpath next to St Carlo School.
Charlie mentioned the inadequate footpaths near St. Carlos School in Haddington
St. and Drummond St. It was agreed to
write to council to get them to increase and improve the footpaths.
Temporary Entrance to Reservoir park. It was
decided to bring the possible traffic dangers of the temporary entrance
provisions to council’s attention for them to monitor.
Yuroke Creek & Parks Somerton to Glenmore Pl. Dianne
presented a letter she has sent to council & councillors about the bad &
vandalized state of the parks & creek and asking for urgent council
attention.
Public Transport, and footpath provisions to link new
estates to Greenvale shopping centre.
It was decided write to Hume Council and ask that they
address these issues.
Committee members Mavis & Bradley Jack are
moving out of Greenvale. The committee expressed its thanks and appreciation
for the involvement & input they have given to GRA over the years.
