Action:  The President, Secretary and Daryl Canny to form a sub-committee to plan and run the event.

Haversham Grove
A member raised the issue of traffic congestion around the intersection of Haversham Grove and Greenvale Drive.  Discussion followed about cars parking on both sides of Haversham Grove and that it has worsed since the units have been built on the corner.  Buses are getting through very slowly and the bus stop also causes problems.  It was suggested that no parking signs are needed on one side of Haversham Grove.  It was finally decided to wait to see if there is any change over the Christmas period and that this issue be reviewed at the Feb Meeting.

Bernie Finn MLC Invitation to Mar 2012 meeting
Mavis Jack suggested that Bernie Finn MLC be invited to the Mar2011 meeting.  This was discussed and all thought it would be a good idea to try and get a current government member to our March meeting to voice our concerns on a range of issues.
Action:  The Secretary to send an invitation.
The meeting closed at 8.10pm.
