GENERAL BUSINESS
Julie Andrewartha is the current Public Officer of GRA. She
spoke about her role which requires her to submit to Consumer Affairs, an
annual statement which shows the income / expenditure of our association.
Changes have been made and now the Public Officer title is
to be replaced by the title of “Secretary.”Therefore the roles of secretary and Public Officer will be combined and the new title will be “SECRETARY.”
Julie Andrewartha thereby certified that the Annual Financial Statement of the Greenvale Residents’ Association has been submitted to the group present at our meeting, as a true and correct statement of our Association.
OBJECTIVES FOR 2013
The members of GRA have expressed
their disappointment that member numbers have not increased over the years.
As a group, we have decided to run
meetings every 3 months and re-assess the situation this time next year.If as a group we see that no new members have joined, we may decide to dissolve the Association.
Our main objective therefore for 2013 is to increase member numbers
